On the back of their superb 2011 self titled debut album, Veronica Falls are back with the announcement of their follow-up, Waiting For Something To Happen. Set for a release in February 2013, the album was recorded by Rory Attwell of Male Bonding and The Vaccines fame and will be released on Bella Union and Slumberland.
To coincide with the announcement, Veronica Falls has streamed preview track, Teenage, from the upcoming album. Though it doesn’t have the darker tones or driving pace that made their debut such a stand out record, hopefully there’ll be enough of it on Waiting For Something To Happen to bring VF back

Having recently headlined the fully resurgent 100 Club as part of the Converse gig night, headlined Indie Tracks Festival earlier in 2012 and had a sold out UK tour back in March, hopefully the release of Waiting For Something To Happen will see Veronica Falls return for a long stint of live dates in 2013 too.
