Star Wars The Rise Of Skywalker Blu-ray, 3D, 4K and digital HD special features and bonus content

Star Wars The Rise Of Skywalker Blu-ray 4k 3D and digital special features and bonus content

Star Wars The Rise Of Skywalker will be on a lot of shopping lists come the UK home entertainment release in April, but when it comes to deciding what format to go for, the specials features are going to be a big part of the decision. You can see the details for the bonus content bundled with the various formats below, which should help you decide what to go for and you can check out our DVD, Blu-ray, 4K and digital review for more elements to consider.

Firstly, the bad news is that the final part of the Skywalker saga won’t include any of the special features, which is the norm these days. It’s the same for standard definition digital and movie rental. Instead, it will only be the Blu-ray, 3D, 4K and HD digital formats that will include the extras below, so if you’re sold by the added content then you’ll need to go for one of the higher priced options to get the full Star Wars Episode IX experience.

Special features first impressions

The Star Wars The Rise Of Skywalker special features all sound interesting and entertaining in and of themselves, but it’s far from the generous bounty of bonus content that a lot of fans will have been hoping for. As the last film in the trilogy trilogy, we were expecting something huge, but the end result in volume and breadth of content is a little underwhelming.
